Prime Italian, located on 1st and Ocean, is literally my favorite restaurant in the world (yes, the entire world). And I’m not the only one who thinks so- there is plenty of social proof from the many athletes and celebrities who frequent both Prime Italian and its sister restaurant Prime 112 (more of a steakhouse).

Anything you order on the menu will undoubtedly be excellent, but here are a few of my personal favorites: Prime Italian chopped salad, truffle mac and cheese pizza, tuna burger sliders (from Prime 112), Chillean Sea Bass, gnocchi pesto, truffled cream corn, sweet potato mash, fried oreos.

Pro Tip: Even if you are at Prime Italian, you can still order anything from the Prime 112 menu. They’ll cook it there and bring it across the street for you. This place is the best of the best.

Bond Street is one of my favorite restaurants (both in Miami and New York). It’s an especially great spot for you to take a date somewhere fancy yet still have a chill, relaxed atmosphere where you can actually converse with your date. I highly recommend ordering at least one of each of the following: edamame, crispy rice with spicy tuna, truffle tuna tarts, sea bass skewers, shishito peppers, regular spicy tuna roll, red snapper tacos.

Pro Tip: If you’re going on a date at the NY location, opt for the downstairs lounge instead of the upstairs restaurant. Just know that the menu is slightly different downstairs, and that there are only reservations upstairs (downstairs is walk-in only). Also, if I had to choose 3 crucial things to order, definitely go with the crispy rice, truffle tuna tarts and the snapper tacos (the sea bass skewers are a close fourth).

Paris, France

Stravinsky Fountain by the Pompidou is the most beautiful fountain area I’ve seen anywhere. The design is amazingly clever and cool. There’s so much going on in the fountain area that you can spend a good half hour staring at all the different types of fountains. Furthermore, the graffiti of the guy signaling “shhhhhh” is so mysterious. I highly recommend you find this park when you’re in Paris.

Miami Beach, Florida

LIV nightclub, located in the Fontainebleau Hotel is one of my favorite clubs in the US (and the world. It attracts a great crowd with it’s A-list DJs and beautiful layout. But the thing I love most about LIV is that it does the little things right. They give out glowsticks, necklaces, and the classic sunglasses you see at every club now (they started that trend as far as I’m concerned). I’ve personally seen Tiesto, Calvin Harris and Kaskade (twice!) at LIV, and all of those nights were amazing. I highly suggest spending a night in Miami here.

Park Guell is once of the coolest places I’ve been to. It was designed by the same guy who did La Sagrada Familia (Gaudi) and offers an awesome view of the city of Barcelona.

Pro tip: I don’t know this first hand, but I’ve heard it’s a great place to trip acid.

The Coliseum is awesome. An obvious must-see when you’re in Rome. I’d suggest getting the headsets so that you know what everything in the Coliseum is. (I also think that you get to cut the regular ticket line if you are renting a headset.)

Venice is really beautiful, but not a place I’d spend much time at (especially if you’re young / looking to party and eat well). It’s definitely worth visiting because it is so unique, but I liked Florence and Rome far more than I liked Venice.

La Sagrada Familia- the most incredible architectural structure I’ve ever seen. Make sure you get the headset beforehand so you understand everything while walking around. I also recommend taking the elevator ride up for an amazing view of the city.

Veggie Burger, Big Pink

This is the best veggie burger that I’ve had in Miami. It’s home-made from a bunch of different veggies and has a spicy kick to it. Comes with a bucket of french fries.

Pro tip: get cheese melted on so the burger stays together

This is a sunset by Ponte Veccio in Florence. It’s an easy walk from the center and has a bunch of boutiques and restaurants surrounding it. If you cross Ponte Veccio and make the first left, you’ll find a restaurant called Golden View that has incredible food. I particularly recommend their truffle dishes (pizza, ravioli).

Do yourself a favor- any city you go to, rent a bike and take a bike ride around the city. You’ll see more in less time while enjoying the actual biking itself (not to mention the great workout you get!). In this particular photo, I biked all the way down to the edge of South Beach and rode alongside the water until I got to these rocks that stretched out hundreds (if not thousands) of feet into the middle of the ocean (where the photo is taken from).

Pro Tip: Bike everywhere during the day. No need to take cabs when everything is biking distance. Cabs in Miami can be expensive and traffic can be brutal at times.
